How can I find a super tech-savvy web developer to be my CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for a company I’ve been trying to start unsuccessfully with other tech guys who only wanted to work by the hour or salary? We currently have a prototype of a Web 2.0 site, yet the design and mechanics need to be improved so that it’s commercially viable and usable by consumers.

I’ve been trying to start an innovative technology start-up (we are registered as an S Corporation) and need a system analyst or website architect who must know Java and be an expert, a little bit about Ruby on Rails, and AJAX/Javascript. Basically the CTO should be able to build the new technology and website.

Requirements:
1.Excellent moral quality and trustworthiness(foremost).
2.Willingness to accept CEO’s ideas and believe in the vision
3.Great enthusiasm in creating a superb platform
4.A strong technical background, adequate capacity to be a chief website architect.
5.A global viewpoint is preferred.
6.Ability to work for equity and help us raise funding and you will get a higher salary.
7. Must be committed, not be in it just to make money, yet to make a difference in our world, and to change the world.

P.S. 1.Don’t worry about the operating model, site promotion or the profit model.

Hi, i want to create a debate website that will have a basic design and similar functionalities to yahoo answers.
