Hmm, not sure what you want…
I personally **** Freewebs. There is a free WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor called NVU and another one called Kompozer. (Links in sources)
Try them out…
Else there is one for hard-codeing your sites called (X)HTML Editor from Chami. (Link in sources)

You can try, it’s a much nicer version than freewebs and you can add unlimited content pages and use a text editor or HTML to create those pages. It’s pretty simple.
