Twitter is a great way to promote your blog. Twitter is one of the fastest growing social networking/marketing sites with over 3M unique users and growing rapidly. The platform is so likable that Facebook has recently made changes to mimic the Twitter Feed process.
I do suggest some reading on Twitter etiquette and what you should or should not post. Over posting of the same content is often frowned upon as well as Tweets like "going to McDonalds now" or "Just went grocery shopping" The Twitter community as a whole is seeking quality content just like anywhere else on the web. Be sure to have good information to offer the community. If you are not sure about what to write then wait and watch what others are saying for a bit. Be sure to follow some big names for a bit and see how they operate.
There are some great articles about Twitter all over the web. I suggest you google "Twitter Etiquette" or the same to get some insight and understanding.
I hope to see you on there! Have fun!

If used correctly, Twitter can be a great thing.
First, determine what your blog is about. Is it about cooking? Video games? What? That's your audience.
Next, get your audience and know what they want. If you have a cooking blog with recipes, no one will really care that you just added the eggs. They WILL care that you just finished smoking the ribs and will be putting them into the oven to get that off-the-bone feeling.
Next, Don't use it just for promotions. Unless you have a new promotion each week, you're going to lose people. You need something to get their interest.
yeah you should like totally get a twitter.you can follow celebs and evrything.of course that is very sad.but then again i AM sad!
Here's How YOU Can Create an iPhone or iPad App or Game in 4 weeks And Hit Pay Dirt With It In The App Store With No Programming Skills.
Making iPhone apps is pretty doggone easy. I used this to make a stopwatch / timer app that's waiting approval thru Apple...
Well, mobile applications is derived from a scripting language; it can be very complex. However, there is a way to make them that's a lot easier than trying to learn all of that nonsense on Apple's website. You would be crazy to think that I would know enough about the terminology being used to create an application.
In my personal opinion, creating iPhone apps can be a snap! There is a lot of reading out there that is targeted towards people with very little programming experience, or none whatsoever.
If you have a great idea... you can get it made for you, and start making money at extremely low costs! It's called outsourcing and it really does not cost much to start up. I started my baby application business on $300 and have made it back in two and a half weeks! It's amazing I just read this ebook and away I went.
They teach you the business from the ground up, and really 2-3 hours a day is more than enough. Check out the official review at - How To Create iPhone Apps With No Programming Experience.
Hey, have you heard of The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World?
I had tried it and I think it is great!
It's a new virtual world for kids and tweens (some even say teens!). It has already received tens of thousands of sign-ups from over 140 countries.
You can travel around the world, adopt all kinds of cool pets, build houses and islands, wear clothings from different countries, play tons of games and more. Best of all, it's free to play and you don't need to download anything to install.
Here's a short description of it.
"The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks promises an experience in which players would be able to travel to factual and mysterious places around the world, travel through time and space, meet famous people from the past, play dozens of enriching and fun games, make new friends and party with them, buy exotic islands, build culture-inspired houses, wear clothes from different countries, explore secret locations, solve mysteries and puzzles and become a legendary traveler!"

try farmville :D
its a vertual farm, where you can add your friends.. talk to them
but you also can create your very own farm :)
I like "Where I've Been." You mark on a map cities, states and countries you've lived, or visited, or want to visit, and write about any experience you've had there. You can also compare with friends who have the application
Yeah many facebook apps are really awesome like compare people, hot or not and mob wars. These are the bestest applications i have seen till now on facebook.
flair, bumper stickers, twilight, top friends, and honesty box!

Tim, Thanks for the question. I'd like to see some simple things
1. An application that shows you the weather in your area (There's one but it does not work)
2. A RSS feed with global news about a specific topic
3. A Calendar where you can add what you have to do that say and reminds you birthdays
4.A Nice but simple music player
Some of these application do exist but are not good so you can create one improved. Hope this helps
According to me the best facebook apps is bowling buddies and compare people.
I really like the Pieces of Flair Application.
As of right now, I have 3,383 pieces of flair.
They're pretty fun.
There's Flair for just about everything and what's even cooler is that you can make your own flair and send it to your friends!
I go to
and then some times ill load up some random apps.
