I recently re-designed my website, and I’m afraid that it may be loading slowly for some users because of the flash movie on top. I wanted to make something that had a holiday feel to it, something fun, but using flash seems like it might be slowing people down a little. I don’t know if it’s slow for everyone, or just a small portion of users.

So, my question for you good people is, can you look at my website and answer the following questions:

1. What speed is your Internet connection? (Dial-Up, DSL, Cable, T1, etc)

2. Roughly how many seconds does it take for you to load the front page?

3. Do you think that the flash movie on top of the page adds a holiday feel (or anything else) to the site, or is it unneccessary?

4. Overall, what do you think of the colors, layout, etc?
