Can someone tell me please what steps I need to take to backup my website? The company that put the site together also hosts it for me, and when I need any help w/the site I have to go through them in order to get it done. I'm interested in switching hosting companies, and one suggestion they've made is to backup the site. But I can't do this w/out going through my current hosting company, who also designed my site. Is there a way that I can backup my site myself and save a copy of it to my own computer? If there is, can someone tell me please how to do it? Thanks much!
