Open Question: I need help finding someone to make a website for me to show my graphic design portfolio.

I do not like web design and desparately need a graphic design portfolio website so I can apply for jobs. Where can I go for inexpensive web design creations with no work on my part? (except sending digital files of my work). I've tried google searches and have such a variety of info come up that it is overwhelming! Thank you.
