I am a newbie when it comes to website design.....I have only created one static website....I am looking to create a dynamic website for my cousin....but WOW everything can get confusing....can someone tell me if there is a program out there that will help me design a dynamic website template that will be LOW MAINTENANCE.....My cousin sells things on ebay....and would like to have his own site....but, he knows nothing about how to edit his own site by using the many website editors....I am looking for a Dynamic website template that has an ADMINISTRATOR login which has the ability to Delete a Page (or item) and to Add a page (or item and decription) and click a save button to have the page updated....is there something like that out there which will not cost me?
